About the role

Assistant Recreation Manager will support the manager in overseeing beach sports and leisure facilities at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island, ensuring high‑quality service for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in overall management of sports and leisure facilities, including staffing, programming, and maintenance.
• Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance to maintain service standards.
• Foster positive relationships with guests, handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with the Manager to develop innovative sports and recreational programs and events.
• Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness to meet health, safety, and aesthetic standards.
• Assist in budget planning and monitoring expenses and revenue streams.
• Support marketing efforts to promote sports and leisure programs and events.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in recreation or leisure operations within luxury hospitality.
