Assistant Relationship Manager Analyst

About the role

You will support Relationship Managers in managing client relationships, addressing customer needs, and delivering solutions across the bank’s product suite. The role combines administrative support, regulatory compliance, and preparation of proposals and marketing materials to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise between front‑office (Marketing/Business Development) and back‑office teams.
• Ensure all documentation required to establish relationships and process transactions is complete and compliant.
• Assist Relationship Managers in handling client requests and queries on bank products.
• Maintain internal compliance with regulatory frameworks and bank operating procedures.
• Support assessment of client financial performance and trigger corrective actions when needed.
• Prepare preliminary documents, proposals, and marketing material.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a similar banking or relationship‑management role.
• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Economics, Marketing, Business, or Law.
• Good command of English.
• Understanding of documentation, operating processes, and ability to work with financial information and databases.
• Familiarity with local laws, banking regulations, and industry practices.
