Assistant Restaurant Manager – Enigma & Q's Bar

About the role

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the daily operations of Enigma & Q's Bar, ensuring seamless service and a premium guest experience in a high‑end hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day outlet operations and maintain service standards.
• Supervise, motivate and develop a diverse team to achieve operational excellence.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve concerns promptly and uphold brand reputation.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, briefings and performance management.
• Monitor stock, control wastage and manage operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and licensing regulations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other hotel departments for smooth workflow.
• Support planning and execution of promotions, events and special functions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a high‑end restaurant, hotel or similar hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of food‑and‑beverage service and outlet operations.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
