About the role

The Lobby Lounge at Palazzo Versace Dubai is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and uphold the highest standards of service. You will work closely with the manager, kitchen, and bar teams to ensure seamless guest experiences in a luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of the Lobby Lounge, maintaining service excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver impeccable hospitality.
• Supervise staff performance, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels, organizing supplies and minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow and effective communication.
• Handle guest feedback promptly, resolving concerns to ensure positive experiences.
• Support scheduling, staff allocations, and other operational tasks for smooth daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine‑dining establishment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• In‑depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, guest‑focused attitude with a passion for high‑quality service.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
