Assistant Restaurant Manager - Spike Bar

About the role

Careers International is recruiting an Assistant Restaurant Manager for the Spike Bar in Dubai. The role oversees daily operations of the restaurant and bar, supports the F&B team and helps deliver consistent service standards and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, keeping service standards high
• Assist in training, supervising and motivating the F&B team, and coordinate staff schedules and task delegation
• Ensure friendly, efficient and personalized service, and handle guest feedback promptly
• Monitor food and beverage stock, place orders and ensure proper storage and rotation
• Support financial targets, cost control and budgeting, and minimize wastage
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hygiene practices

Required profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in F&B, preferably in hospitality
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service and team management
• Excellent communication skills and strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• UAE experience preferred; UAE driving licence is an advantage
