Assistant Sales Manager - Corporate

About the role

The Assistant Sales Manager – Corporate will drive corporate business and revenue growth for Ciel Dubai Marina by building strong relationships with companies, travel partners and event planners. You will identify new opportunities, retain existing clients and position the hotel as the preferred venue for corporate stays, meetings and events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Identify, prospect and secure new corporate accounts and business opportunities.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients, including regular sales calls, visits and presentations.
• Negotiate corporate rates, contracts and business agreements in line with hotel guidelines.
• Promote the hotel’s accommodation, meeting, conference, dining and event facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare reports and forecasts for management.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, Front Office, Events and Marketing teams to maximise business opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai corporate and business‑travel market.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Results‑oriented, proactive and commercially aware.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with hotel sales or CRM systems.
