About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Assistant Sales Manager to lead customer acquisition and manage key accounts for our cybersecurity and IT infrastructure portfolio. Based in Dubai, you will work with top technology vendors to deliver enterprise‑grade solutions across multiple industries.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customers in the cybersecurity and infrastructure domain.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors.
- Promote and sell solutions such as EDR, XDR, SIEM, SOC, DLP, HCI and Virtualization.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners and vendors.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations with pre‑sales support.
- Track and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends and competitor offerings.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related field.
- 2‑5 years of cybersecurity sales experience with exposure to UAE and Oman markets.
- Experience working with IT resellers, system integrators or value‑added resellers.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑management skills.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
Required skills
- EDR, XDR, SIEM, SOC, DLP, HCI, Virtualization.
- Familiarity with vendors such as Fortinet, Bitdefender, Dell, HPE, VMware.
