Timeless is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support its luxury jewellery retail operations in Dubai. The role is ideal for a results‑driven professional who can combine strong sales performance with excellent customer service in a premium environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Lead, motivate and supervise the retail team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable luxury shopping experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering repeat business.
• Monitor sales performance, visual merchandising standards and operational procedures.
• Support staff coaching, training and performance development.
• Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment and daily administrative tasks.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in luxury jewellery retail.
• Proven track record in team leadership, store operations and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Mandarin and/or Arabic language abilities are preferred.
• Mid‑level professional seeking career growth in premium retail.
