Assistant Talent & Culture Manager

About the role

We are looking for an organized and professional Assistant Talent & Culture Manager to support our Talent & Culture department at Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort in Ras Al‑Khaimah. The role involves assisting with recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations, helping to build a positive workplace culture in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews and maintain candidate databases.
• Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding programs and prepare documentation for new hires.
• Maintain and update HRIS and other HR databases with accuracy.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics and presentations for decision‑making.
• Support employee relations activities, including team events, recognition programs and cultural celebrations.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in HR administration, talent acquisition or people operations.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of UAE labour laws and employment regulations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
