HR Specialist

About the role

The China Tiesiju Civil Engineering Group's Ras Al Khaimah branch is recruiting an experienced HR Specialist for a wastewater treatment and pipeline construction project. The project covers a 60,000 m³/day ISTP (expandable to 150,000 m³/day), a pump station, gravity sewers, rising mains and a TSE network, with commercial operation targeted for 30 March 2029.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination and onboarding
• Maintain personnel records, contracts, attendance, leave and HR documentation in line with UAE Labour Law
• Coordinate probation reviews and periodic performance appraisals and follow up on results
• Handle daily employee relations, HR queries and personnel management matters

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
• 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure or project-based environments in the UAE
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
• Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
• English required
