Assistant Vice President – Precious Metals

About the role

The Assistant Vice President will lead the Precious Metals desk, driving business growth, managing key customer relationships, and expanding Acme Services' presence in the bullion and precious metals market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the Precious Metals business.
• Build and manage relationships with bullion dealers, refiners, jewellers, banks and other market participants.
• Identify new opportunities, negotiate commercial terms and drive revenue across assigned markets.
• Monitor market trends, pricing movements, supply‑demand dynamics and regulatory developments.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, compliance and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
• Support product development, market expansion initiatives and prepare forecasts and intelligence reports.

Required profile

• 10–18 years of experience in precious metals, bullion, jewellery, commodity trading or related sectors.
• Established network across bullion traders, refiners, banks and institutional customers.
• Proven track record in business development, relationship management and sales.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and analytical abilities.
• MBA or PGDM in Finance, Marketing, International Business or related discipline.
