Assistant/Associate Professor – Marketing Technology & Customer Analytics

About the role

Canadian University Dubai is seeking qualified faculty at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level to teach and research in Marketing Technology and Customer Analytics. The successful candidate will join the School of Management for the Spring Semester 2026‑2027, contributing to teaching, curriculum development and scholarly activity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in digital marketing, CRM, MarTech, e‑commerce and related analytics.
• Maintain accurate student records, hold office hours, advise and supervise student projects, internships and postgraduate research.
• Participate in curriculum design, course evaluation and continuous improvement of academic programmes.
• Conduct high‑quality research, publish in peer‑reviewed journals and engage with industry partners.
• Support accreditation activities, including AACSB processes, and contribute to academic governance.

Required profile

• PhD in Marketing or a closely related discipline from a QS‑ranked top‑500 university.
• Demonstrated teaching effectiveness and a record of research publications in Scopus‑indexed journals.
• Relevant university‑level teaching experience appropriate to the rank applied for.
• Experience with curriculum development, student supervision and familiarity with AACSB accreditation is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of advanced analytical techniques: text mining, image analytics, topic modelling, clustering, social‑network analysis and machine learning.
