Associate Account Manager (Northern Emirates)

About the role

Fresha, the AI‑powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness and self‑care industry, is seeking an Associate Account Manager for the Northern Emirates. Reporting to the Account Manager Team Lead, you will build strong relationships with partner businesses and drive monetisation of the Fresha platform.

Key responsibilities

• Meet KPIs related to monetisation, retention and revenue growth by proactively engaging partners.
• Analyse performance reports and execute upsell plans to increase monetised revenue from existing accounts.
• Conduct online video meetings to ensure a high‑quality partner experience.
• Maintain a consistent contact strategy across the portfolio to keep partners engaged and reduce churn.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address partner needs and optimise platform usage.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience driving commercial growth in large account bases, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on insights.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
