Associate – Audit (Emirati Talent)

About the role

Emirates Investment Bank is seeking an Emirati talent to join its audit team as an Associate. The role is part of a six‑month structured training programme that combines classroom learning, international certifications and hands‑on projects. Upon successful completion, the associate will continue in a full‑time position within the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete audit assignments according to the audit plan, recommending internal‑control improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Undertake comprehensive planning and risk assessments for each audit to identify business and operational risks.
• Review and identify control weaknesses in credit, investment, IT and operational risk processes.
• Document internal audit findings throughout each assignment.
• Identify gaps in regulatory requirements (CBUAE and other applicable laws).
• Participate in ad‑hoc special assignments as required.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Banking/Finance preferred) with a GPA of 2.7 or higher.
• Graduates from 2024 onward; fresher or less than one year of experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Male candidates must have completed National Service.
