Associate – Business Tax (UAE National)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a motivated Associate to join its Business Tax team in Dubai. The role is designed for UAE nationals who are eager to develop expertise in direct and business taxation while contributing to Deloitte’s purpose‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support tax compliance and advisory projects for corporate clients.
• Develop a solid understanding of Deloitte’s values and purpose, applying them to daily tasks.
• Assist senior team members in preparing tax filings, research, and documentation.
• Build effective communication and relationship‑building skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to team priorities and ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• UAE national with a valid family book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, Business or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in tax, accounting, finance or audit (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and written/verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
