Associate (Cost Management)

About the role

Currie & Brown is seeking an Associate in Cost Management – Post Contract to join their Abu Dhabi team. The role involves close collaboration with a key client, requiring specific experience in mall projects.

Key responsibilities

• Providing accurate post‑contract cost management advice to clients
• Leading a team and supporting continuous development
• Delivering assignments competently and professionally
• Managing resources, cost and time effectively to ensure margins are met
• Providing regular feedback to the director on commissions under management
• Representing the company in a professional manner, meeting, negotiating and corresponding with clients

Required profile

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (MRICS preferred)
• Previous technical delivery experience within a global construction consultancy
• Middle East experience is preferred
• Strong technical report writing, client‑facing and communication skills
• Essential experience in malls or shopping centres
• Proven experience managing and leading others in a live project environment
