Associate Director – Advisory & Equity Capital Markets

About the role

The Associate Director will play a pivotal role in executing corporate finance transactions, including M&A, IPOs, and equity capital market activities, supporting FAB's strategic objectives and profit targets.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and execute M&A buy‑side, sell‑side, merger, IPO and equity capital market mandates.
• Engage with clients throughout deal lifecycle, preparing pitch books, information memoranda and investor presentations.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models and perform valuation analyses using DCF, LBO, DDM, multiples and merger models.
• Conduct due‑diligence, legal, risk and compliance reviews and support transaction documentation.
• Collaborate with client service and product teams to deliver superior client service and achieve business objectives.
• Contribute to process improvement, operational efficiency and adherence to regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in investment banking, M&A or related advisory services.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with a focus on transaction execution.
• Ability to work independently and as part of cross‑functional teams.
