Associate Director - Advisory

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Director to lead complex advisory and transformation engagements across the UAE and the wider Middle East. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, operating‑model design, organisational transformation and implementation, working closely with senior client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and government leaders, facilitating strategic workshops and translating analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Lead delivery of strategy, transformation and organisational improvement projects, designing capability‑led operating models and governance frameworks.
• Advise organisations responsible for major infrastructure, transport, utilities and energy programmes, linking organisational readiness with programme delivery objectives.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals, identifying growth opportunities and shaping advisory methodologies.
• Lead and develop high‑performing teams, coaching consultants and managers, and ensuring effective project resourcing.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in consulting, advisory or organisational change, preferably within government, infrastructure or related sectors in the Middle East.
• Proven track record of leading complex client engagements from inception to delivery and advising senior executives.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and commercial awareness.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
