Associate Director, Data Science Trainer

About the role

Fitch Learning is seeking an Associate Director, Data Science Trainer to join its Dubai office. You will be part of a global faculty delivering technical learning programs in data science, analytics and quantitative skills to financial institutions and regulators.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑quality training programs and materials (presentations, exercises, case studies, assessments) across virtual, in‑person and blended formats.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Contribute to curriculum development and keep content aligned with market trends in data science and machine learning.
• Collaborate with product, sales and client‑facing teams to create tailored learning solutions.
• Support business development by providing subject‑matter expertise for proposals and client discussions.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic and ability to deliver training in Arabic.
• Strong subject‑matter expertise in data science, analytics, statistics, machine learning or a related field.
• Experience designing and delivering technical training or professional learning programs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to varied audiences.
• Commercial awareness and ability to align learning solutions with client needs.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with data‑science tools, programming languages or data‑visualisation platforms.
• Ability to develop learner‑focused, technically robust training content.
