Associate Director HR Business Partner – UAE

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Director HR Business Partner to lead strategic HR initiatives for a prominent government entity in the United Arab Emirates. The role will shape people strategies that drive business transformation, talent development, and cultural excellence across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to design and implement people strategies aligned with business growth.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and operating model optimisation.
• Drive succession planning, leadership development, and talent review processes.
• Champion employee engagement, culture change, and change‑management programmes.
• Utilise workforce analytics and HR insights to support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 8‑10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3‑5 years in an HR Business Partner or leadership capacity.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leaders and delivering strategic HR initiatives in complex organisations.
• Strong expertise in organisational development, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
