Associate Director, Human Resources – Middle East & Turkey

About the role

As an Associate Director of Human Resources for the Middle East and Turkey, you will act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leadership, guiding workforce planning, talent management and organisational change. Based in Dubai, you will help shape people strategies that drive business success while ensuring compliance with local employment legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide trusted advice on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management and leadership development.
• Support leaders through organisational change, mergers and acquisitions, and business transformation initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning activities, leveraging people analytics to inform decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Legal and Employee Relations to address complex employee matters and ensure policy compliance across the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Significant experience in HR Business Partnering and strategic workforce planning within a complex, matrixed organisation.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent management, organisational development and employment legislation.
• Preferred professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent) and experience in the Middle East or Turkey.
