Associate Director, International Student Recruitment (UK & Australia)

About the role

INTO is looking for an experienced, commercially minded recruitment leader to join as Associate Director Recruitment, UK & Australia (MEA), based in Dubai with global travel as required. The role drives student enrolment growth across UK and Australian university partnerships, working closely with regional teams, education agents and university stakeholders across the Middle East and Africa. It is a highly visible position leading recruitment strategy, strengthening partner relationships, identifying new market opportunities and inspiring teams to meet ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment strategy for UK and Australian university partnerships
• Strengthen relationships with regional teams, education agents and university stakeholders
• Identify new market opportunities and ensure the recruitment proposition stays competitive and relevant
• Inspire teams to deliver ambitious enrolment targets
• Act as the trusted link between INTO and its partner universities
