Associate Director, Learning Solutions (Clinical & Non-Clinical)

About the role

PureHealth Research is looking for an Associate Director, Learning Solutions to lead enterprise‑wide education initiatives for both clinical and non‑clinical staff across its Abu Dhabi operations. The role combines strategic planning with commercial focus to drive workforce productivity, operational efficiency and measurable business outcomes through learning.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale a portfolio of clinical, leadership and non‑clinical education programs aligned with PureHealth’s growth agenda.
• Design and implement a future‑ready learning strategy that leverages digital, blended and technology‑enabled solutions.
• Optimize delivery models to reduce cost, eliminate duplication and maximize ROI.
• Establish and govern enterprise‑wide standards for curriculum design, assessment, accreditation and quality.
• Partner with Education, HR, Operations and business leaders to ensure learning investments deliver performance results.
• Develop outcomes‑based measurement frameworks linking learning to productivity and organizational impact using analytics.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in learning design, program management or related fields within healthcare or large‑scale corporate environments.
• Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary learning portfolios with commercial focus.
• Strong stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks and quality standards for education programs.

• LXP (Learning Experience Platform) integration.
• Learning analytics for performance measurement and decision‑making.
