Associate Director – Regulatory & Risk Advisory, Corporate Treasury

About the role

As an Associate Director within the Regulatory and Risk Advisory (RRA) team, you will lead corporate treasury transformation programmes for clients across the Middle East. You will define strategy, shape client agendas and ensure successful delivery of large‑scale treasury initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth and strategic development of the corporate treasury practice, including capability building, solution innovation and revenue expansion.
• Act as a strategic advisor to CFOs and Group Treasurers, influencing investment decisions and shaping enterprise‑wide treasury transformation agendas.
• Lead go‑to‑market initiatives, develop market propositions and contribute to thought leadership to enhance the firm’s visibility.
• Oversee complex client engagements, ensuring high‑quality delivery, effective risk management and alignment with business outcomes.
• Identify emerging regulatory and market trends and translate them into differentiated client solutions.

Required profile

• Dynamic leader with deep technical expertise in corporate treasury and a proven track record of shaping strategy and delivering large‑scale transformation projects.
• Resilient professional able to lead diverse teams in high‑pressure environments and build lasting client relationships.

Required skills

• Extensive knowledge of treasury concepts such as in‑house banks, payment factories, cash pooling, liquidity forecasting and FX processes.
• Hands‑on experience with treasury systems selection and implementation (Kyriba, FIS, SAP Hana, GTreasury, ION).
• Strong financial modelling and financial risk‑management capabilities.
• Understanding of treasury product pricing, accounting treatments and quantitative analysis.
