Associate Director - Transformation Programmes

About the role

The Associate Director will lead large‑scale, complex transformation programmes across technology, operations, process and change management for Dubai Holding, turning strategic intent into measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and lead large‑scale transformation programmes spanning technology, operations, process and change management.
• Own programme governance, milestones and delivery from initiation through operational go‑live and hyper‑care.
• Lead complex system and enterprise integration, master data management and data analytics initiatives.
• Manage cross‑functional teams, external vendors and system integrators to ensure value delivery.
• Apply financial, commercial and risk discipline to programme budgets and business cases.
• Provide executive‑level stakeholder management and board‑ready reporting.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience directing large‑scale transformation projects in technology‑intensive, operational environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex system integration and master data management programmes.
• Experience leading M&A, divestment, outsourcing and offshoring initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen and risk management capability.
