Associate Field Engineer

About the role

The Associate Field Engineer supports engineering activities on‑site, applying established field engineering procedures to address routine challenges. Working under guidance from senior team members, the role combines practical field work with a solid understanding of engineering principles.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing engineering tasks while ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards in the EPCI sector.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor construction progress, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to maintain effective coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare accurate reports on site progress, technical evaluations, and quality control assessments.
• Support the development of project execution plans, including engineering deliverables and commissioning activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the EPCI industry.
• Familiarity with project execution practices and engineering processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with engineering software such as AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with engineering software such as SolidWorks.
