Associate Financial Trainer - Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Financial Trainer who is fluent in Arabic to join Fitch Learning’s MEA region team in Dubai. The role involves designing and delivering finance‑focused training programmes to banks, regulators and other financial institutions, both in‑person and virtually.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver complex financial concepts in Arabic to diverse audiences across the Middle East and Africa.
• Review and update existing course material and assist in creating new training content.
• Understand course objectives, participant needs and ensure alignment with training outcomes.
• Conduct both classroom‑based and virtual sessions for internal and public courses.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lecturing, tutoring or professional training environments.
• Extensive background in financial markets, preferably within a bank, insurance firm, asset manager or similar institution.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Self‑motivated, eager to develop classroom and virtual teaching abilities.

Required skills

• Fluency in Arabic (teaching and written).
• Strong knowledge of a broad range of financial market products and developments.
