Associate Highway Design Engineer (UAE National)

About the role

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Associate Highway Design Engineer to join its Dubai team. The role offers the chance to contribute to sustainable road projects while developing your engineering expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of highway engineering duties by applying basic engineering techniques for road and highway design and analyses.
• Work under close supervision, receiving training in engineering theories, practices, and company procedures.
• Participate in a structured rotational program covering Project Controls, Procurement, and Construction Management across engineering disciplines.
• Utilize CAE/CAD applications for design and analysis tasks.
• Be willing to travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction site locations as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in highway design/engineering (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Basic knowledge of other engineering fields such as electrical, mechanical, or civil.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley MicroStation/OpenRoads and related PC software packages.
