Associate - Landscape Architect

About the role

Join AECOM’s growing design team in Abu Dhabi as an Associate Landscape Architect. You will contribute to the design and delivery of compelling landscape architecture projects while expanding your technical expertise and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategy and innovation for products, processes, standards and methodologies.
• Manage, coordinate and lead multiple medium‑sized landscape design projects independently.
• Structure project teams, define roles and responsibilities, and prepare fee‑based deployment plans.
• Act as technical lead for medium‑scale projects, coordinating multiple disciplines and communicating requirements.
• Lead client meetings, manage contractual requirements and oversee project deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 120 months (10 years) of relevant experience in landscape architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to lead medium‑sized projects with limited oversight.
• Strong coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
