Associate - LMS Support

About the role

The Associate – LMS Support will ensure the smooth operation of the Learning Management System (LMS) and related vocational education training activities. Working within BEACON RED, an EDGE Group entity, the role involves creating and maintaining courses, enrolling learners and instructors, and managing training schedules and records.

Key responsibilities

• Perform administrative functions of the LMS, including course creation and management.
• Enter, update, and maintain training data with accuracy and consistency.
• Enroll learners and instructors following VE naming conventions.
• Archive courses after delivery and distribute training reports as required.
• Support design and development of customised systems, understand existing data structures, and use reports and dashboards.
• Assist with implementation, testing, and rollout of LMS enhancements.
• Support training delivery, assessment, quality assurance, and VE team content implementation.
• Manage records of training activities, certifications, and compliance documentation under supervision.
• Draft, send, and manage standard training‑related communications using templates.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, technical, or education fields.
• At least 5 years of experience with knowledge systems in education and training.
• Hands‑on experience implementing and supporting a Learning Management System.
