Associate Operations Training & Onboarding

About the role

As an Associate Operations Training & Onboarding you will support the delivery and execution of onboarding and training programmes for riders, pickers and operational teams at Instashop. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure new and existing members complete mandatory training and are ready to perform effectively in their roles.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of onboarding programmes for riders, pickers and operational teams, ensuring timely completion of all mandatory training and deployment requirements.
• Deliver onboarding, refresher and operational training sessions according to approved training plans, SOPs and business requirements.
• Maintain training materials, attendance records, assessments and certification data, keeping documentation accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Monitor trainee performance, identify knowledge or skill gaps and escalate recurring issues, supporting targeted coaching or retraining initiatives.
• Track training completion and post‑training performance, providing regular updates and insights to the Specialist and Operations teams.
• Support training improvement initiatives and operational projects, including employee engagement activities, feedback collection and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in Training, L&D or related functions within operations.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience with e‑learning platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
