Associate Practice Partner - Wealth Management

About the role

An elite global wealth advisory network is hiring an Associate Practice Partner through its client, represented by Prestige IFA Jobs. The position sits within a high-net-worth advisor development framework and suits experienced UK financial planners who hold regulatory credentials, have a direct brokerage passporting right and can use digital marketing funnels to scale an independent, cross-border advisor practice. It is a performance-driven, client-facing role focused on relationship development and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Join a 3-6 month programme depending on experience, covering comprehensive wealth management training and team recruitment and management skills.
• Develop and grow an independent, cross-border advisor practice.
• Work with diverse international clients and build strong relationships.

Required profile

• At least 3 years' client-facing experience in wealth management or life insurance advisory.
• Recognised investment qualifications such as CISI, CII or equivalent.
• Proven success in wealth management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with a commitment to exceptional client service.
