Associate Product Specialist - Launch Program 2027 (Dubai)

About the role

Mastercard is recruiting an Associate Product Specialist for its Launch Program 2027 in Dubai, UAE, within Product Management. The program runs for 18 months and combines hands-on experience, structured learning and mentorship from industry leaders. It suits candidates currently studying, with UAE nationals preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and measure product and business metrics to increase adoption and understand customers' ongoing needs
• Conduct iterative experiments to identify and prioritise key features for product releases and the product roadmap
• Assist customers in resolving escalated operational issues
• Develop business cases for new product opportunities and help bring them to go-to-market

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with an anticipated graduation between March 2026 and August 2027
• Available to start on 1 March or 1 September 2027
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, strong strategic and conceptual aptitude, and a high-energy, ownership-driven attitude
