Associate Relationship Manager

About the role

ADIB Group is hiring an Associate Relationship Manager in Dubai. The role supports Relationship Managers in delivering customer service and helping generate revenue, while preparing credit applications and ensuring compliance with UAE Central Bank and GCD requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in their service work and attend after-sales services and client needs.
• Educate business banking clients on products such as IVR, online banking, call center and cash management services.
• Prepare credit application reports that are informative, presentable, conclusive, professional and comprehensive.
• Analyse financial statements and prepare credit applications for new clients and renewals for existing clients in line with bank policies and the regulatory framework.
• Ensure credit proposal documentation is complete with sufficient collateral and liaise with credit risk, legal, operations and trade finance to speed up transactions.
• Verify that approved credit lines remain valid and available, and inspect hypothecated or pledged inventory and mortgaged fixed assets to control credit risk.
• Initiate and oversee disbursements and financial adjustments, and respond to customer calls with a proper greeting.
• Maintain a high standard of service, follow the bank's financing policy manual and report exceptions, and perform other tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service.
• Ability to handle business banking clients and cross-sell products.
