Associate Relationship Manager (UAE National)

About the role

HSBC is seeking an ambitious professional to join its Global Network Banking UAE team as an Associate Relationship Manager. The role supports business growth, manages stakeholder relationships and ensures high standards of client service, risk management and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end credit applications, preparing proposals based on financial analysis and market intelligence.
• Support Client Coverage Bankers with Customer Due Diligence and develop revenue from existing and new‑to‑bank clients.
• Collaborate with HSBC’s global network and product teams to structure appropriate credit facilities.
• Maintain proactive client contact programmes and ensure timely, accurate information in Group systems.
• Identify and address potential problem relationships, ensuring robust risk controls.

Required profile

• Full‑time university degree (minimum three years) with valid UAE attestations for foreign qualifications.
• Proven experience in risk management, operations, regulatory matters, credit analysis and judgement‑based lending.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of the commercial banking market locally and globally.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship management and leadership abilities.
