Associate Sales Manager

About the role

The Associate Sales Manager will own the end‑to‑end relationship with assigned customers, driving sales, negotiating contracts and delivering tailored commercial solutions. You will develop deep product and market knowledge while collaborating across functions to ensure client success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with customers.
• Understand customer needs, shopper behavior, categories and market dynamics.
• Negotiate contracts, promotional plans and innovative solutions.
• Prepare volume forecasts and commercial plans.
• Work closely with internal teams to align on product, logistics and marketing.
• Resolve client issues and act as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments.
• Adapt and optimise commercial guidelines to fit specific client requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proven leadership attitude with a passion for achieving results.
• Strong external focus and enthusiasm for sales and marketing.
• Up to 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Creative mindset and ability to innovate.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
