Associate Sales Specialist, Neuromodulation & Pelvic Health

About the role

Medtronic's Neuromodulation & Pelvic Health team helps people reclaim control of their lives through therapies for chronic pain, movement disorders and bladder and bowel control conditions. As an Associate Sales Specialist in a field-based role based in Abu Dhabi, you will grow existing customer accounts by increasing therapy adoption, supporting clinical activities and strengthening customer relationships. Regular travel within the UAE is required.

Key responsibilities

• Grow sales within assigned accounts by increasing product utilization, procedure volumes and therapy adoption
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinical teams and other hospital stakeholders
• Identify and develop growth opportunities in existing accounts through proactive customer engagement and follow-up
• Support product demonstrations, evaluations, customer education programs and clinical case coverage
• Maintain strong knowledge of products, therapies and competitive offerings
• Collaborate with commercial and clinical teams to deliver excellent customer experiences and meet territory objectives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 2+ years of experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare or customer-facing clinical roles
• Experience working directly with healthcare professionals and supporting customer engagement
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory

Preferred qualifications

• Certification or formal training in Neuromodulation and/or Pelvic Health therapies
• Experience using CRM systems to manage accounts, activities and opportunities
• Experience tracking sales opportunities, forecasting business performance and managing territory plans
