Associate Trainer (Network Contractor)

About the role

Foreground LLC is seeking experienced independent trainers to join its vetted network and deliver project‑based learning engagements across the GCC and MENA region. Engagements vary from single‑day workshops to multi‑week programs and can be delivered in‑person, virtually, or in a blended format.

Key responsibilities

• Design, facilitate and deliver leadership, management and culture development programs for senior leaders, mid‑level managers and high‑potential talent.
• Adapt content and facilitation style for diverse, cross‑cultural audiences, including bilingual English/Arabic delivery where required.
• Collaborate with Foreground’s team on program architecture, ensuring learning objectives align with business outcomes.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience as a trainer, facilitator or L&D professional, preferably with corporate audiences.
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the listed content areas (leadership development, coaching, culture change, etc.).
• Fluency in English; Arabic delivery is a strong differentiator.

Required skills

• Proficiency with virtual delivery platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams or LMS‑integrated environments.
• Familiarity with psychometric and assessment tools (e.g., MBTI, DiSC, Hogan, EQ‑i) and related certifications.
