Assortment Manager – Remote (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Assortment Manager to lead assortment strategy and range optimisation across our retail, e‑commerce and marketplace channels. The role is fully remote and reports to senior merchandising leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement assortment strategies aligned with commercial, customer, brand and financial objectives.
• Lead assortment planning for assigned categories, defining product breadth, depth and SKU counts.
• Analyse the current product range to identify gaps, overlaps, duplication and complexity.
• Design assortment architecture covering categories, sub‑categories, brands, collections, price points and attributes.
• Support new‑product launches, seasonal collections and promotional events with timely assortment plans.
• Collaborate with merchandising, buying, sourcing, logistics and marketing teams to align timelines and execution.

Required profile

• Mid‑level to senior experience in assortment planning, merchandising or category management.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on inventory productivity and profitability.
• Ability to balance customer choice with operational constraints.
• Full‑time availability and ability to work remotely.
