About the role

EY is seeking recent university graduates to join its Assurance Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team in Dubai. This full‑time graduate program offers exposure to a range of accounting, reporting and advisory projects while developing professional skills in a global, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients in managing accounting and financial reporting challenges.
• Assist with transaction accounting, risk assessments and technology‑enabled solutions.
• Contribute to corporate governance, treasury services and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the Assurance service line.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Agile, growth‑oriented mindset with curiosity and purpose‑driven attitude.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work inclusively in diverse teams.
