Attractions Supervisor (UAE National)

About the role

The Attractions Supervisor will oversee the daily operation of rides and attractions, ensuring safety, efficiency, and an excellent guest experience. This full‑time position is open to UAE nationals and involves hands‑on leadership of attraction staff.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of assigned rides and attractions, conducting pre‑opening and closing checks.
• Allocate staff, manage breaks, and ensure adequate coverage during shifts.
• Lead daily briefings covering safety, operations, and guest service.
• Monitor guest flow, queue lengths, attraction capacity, and wait times.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and attraction downtime, coordinating with maintenance teams.
• Complete operational and safety documentation, incident reports, and daily logs.
• Support risk assessments, safety audits, and emergency procedures.
• Train, coach, and evaluate frontline attraction staff.
• Maintain attraction presentation, cleanliness, and brand standards.

Required profile

• Experience in theme parks, amusement parks, or leisure operations.
• Previous supervisory or team‑leading experience preferred.
• Strong people‑management, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions during operational or emergency situations.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
