Aura Host – Guest Relations (Dubai)

About the role

The Aura Host is responsible for embodying the Meliá brand essence in Dubai, ensuring that every guest experience reflects the company’s values and culture. This role supports the management team, coordinates VIP guest needs, and contributes to daily operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the Aura of the brand by ensuring public areas and guest interactions reflect the Meliá values.
• Coordinate VIP guest requirements, handle complaints, and support daily operational issues.
• Monitor hotel performance metrics such as occupancy, ADR, and market results to inform service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar guest‑relations or hospitality role.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a sympathetic attitude.
• Outgoing and creative personality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
