AutoCAD Specialist – Water & Wastewater Projects

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced AutoCAD Specialist to produce detailed 2D drawings for water and wastewater infrastructure projects in the UAE. The role involves creating shop, IFC and as‑built drawings for public utility networks, treatment plants and pumping stations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and revise 2D AutoCAD drawings for water distribution, sewer networks and wastewater treatment facilities.
• Produce accurate shop drawings, Issued for Construction (IFC) documents and as‑built documentation.
• Coordinate with project engineers to ensure designs comply with local authority standards and project specifications.
• Maintain revision tracking and document control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review structural and piping layouts to incorporate field updates and technical changes.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Drafting or a related field.
• 6–7 years of hands‑on drafting experience, specifically on water and wastewater utility projects in the UAE.
• Proven experience with public‑utility layout standards and documentation.
