Automated Lifecycle Specialist – Fintech Marketing

About the role

Equiti’s Digital Product department is looking for a detail‑oriented Automated Lifecycle Specialist to work fully remotely while collaborating closely with our Dubai‑based team. In this fintech environment you will design, execute and optimise data‑driven, multi‑channel customer journeys across the client lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop lifecycle strategies to convert, engage and re‑engage clients at key stages.
• Design and launch multi‑channel campaigns across email, push, in‑app and WhatsApp.
• Build and maintain behavioural and transactional audience segments for personalised outreach.
• Launch and optimise trigger‑based automated campaigns using data insights.
• Run A/B tests on messaging, timing, frequency and audience to improve conversion.
• Analyse campaign and client behaviour data to continuously enhance performance.
• Support product and feature launches by driving adoption through lifecycle channels.
• Collaborate with product, BI, tech and commercial teams on data, APIs, segmentation and journey execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM or marketing automation within fintech or digital platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, MoEngage or Twilio.
• Proven track record of running multi‑channel lifecycle campaigns (email, push, in‑app, WhatsApp).
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
