Automation Engineer L4 – Dubai

About the role

Wipro is seeking an Automation Engineer L4 to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on developing, programming, simulating and testing automation products and processes to improve efficiency. You will analyse technology architecture, create automation roadmaps and design reusable frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Study technology architecture, systems interaction and application stacks to define automation solutions.
• Build and maintain reusable automation frameworks across various technology environments.
• Plan and execute functional, regression and performance test cases and scenarios.
• Create automated tests, manage quality metrics, fix bugs and verify software against functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Agile development teams, developers, QA engineers and customers to enhance continuous deployment and documentation.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in automation engineering and software testing.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• Proven ability to design test plans, test cases, scenarios and automation frameworks.
• Experience with functional, regression, performance and software validation testing.
• Strong background in backend and database programming following coding standards.
