Automobile Sales Manager

About the role

Huapeng Auto EV, a leading BYD dealer group with 61 showrooms in China and an international presence in Central Asia, the Middle East and Africa, is looking for an experienced and motivated Automobile Sales Manager for its Dubai branch. The role leads the local sales team, drives business growth and develops the company's presence in the Syrian automobile market. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the local sales team and develop sales opportunities
• Expand the customer base and grow business in the Syrian automobile market
• Build and maintain relationships with local dealers, distributors and other industry players in Syria
• Develop new business opportunities and close sales

Required profile

• Proven experience in the Syrian automobile trading industry
• Strong network of local automobile dealers and distributors in Syria
• Fluent Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication
• Ambitious, proactive and able to take on leadership responsibilities
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges effectively
• Valid UAE or international driving licence preferred
