Automotive Investment Banking Internship in Dubai

About the role

Rothschild & Co’s Automotive team in Dubai is seeking a motivated intern to support a variety of automotive and mobility transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, joint ventures and strategic advisory work. The internship starts in late October or early November 2026 for a six‑month period.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of M&A and strategic advisory transactions across the automotive and mobility value chain.
• Collaborate with global sector specialists and regional advisers to prepare analyses, pitch books and client presentations.
• Conduct market and financial research to generate transaction ideas and support client discussions.

Required profile

• Strong academic performance and a previous internship in investment banking.
• Genuine interest in the automotive and mobility sector and the Middle East & Africa region.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ and FactSet research databases.
• Advanced Excel modelling capabilities.
