Automotive Technical Retail Associate

About the role

As a Technical Retail Associate you will inspect and evaluate used cars for purchase across retail, auction and consumer‑to‑consumer channels. You will ensure every inspection follows the company’s SOPs with zero errors while maintaining a professional appearance and adapting to multiple locations as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate used cars for purchase (retail, auction, C2C).
• Ensure thorough inspections with zero errors, adhering strictly to SOPs.
• Close inspected cars on the spot or through efficient follow‑up.
• Maintain healthy margins on all procured vehicles.
• Communicate transparently with all stakeholders about procured cars.
• Adapt to work at various locations as required.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving license.
• 2–3 years of experience in automotive sales, vehicle evaluation, car procurement or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of used‑car inspection and the pre‑owned automotive market.
• Good knowledge of vehicle condition, specifications, pricing and factors that impact resale value and margins.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and adapt to different locations.
