Automotive Warranty Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Automotive Warranty Coordinator to support our automotive operations. The role will manage warranty claims, maintain accurate documentation, coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers, and ensure customers receive timely updates throughout the warranty process.

Key responsibilities

• Process and submit automotive warranty claims accurately and within required timelines.
• Review claims and supporting documentation to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Maintain records of warranty claims, approvals, rejections, and related documents.
• Communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve warranty issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear updates on claim status.
• Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure smooth claim processing.
• Stay updated on manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Identify discrepancies, unusual claims, or potential fraud and escalate appropriately.
• Support development and improvement of warranty processes and procedures.
• Ensure warranty documentation is properly maintained and readily accessible.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive warranty, claims processing, or a related automotive role.
• Strong understanding of automotive warranty policies and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple claims and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with automotive or warranty management systems.
