AVP Business Development Manager – Loan DST

About the role

The AVP Business Development Manager – Loan DST will drive loan and payroll banking solutions for corporate and SME clients, achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and support the development of team goals aligned with the unit’s strategic direction.
• Present and sell personal banking products, manage a portfolio of approved companies, and drive cross‑sell opportunities.
• Lead company empanelment, onboarding, compliance management and payroll banking processes.
• Conduct targeted micro‑marketing activities such as kiosk events and support digitisation initiatives.
• Maintain end‑to‑end customer turnaround time, record all sales activities in CRM and Daily Sales Reports, and ensure strict KYC, AML, FATCA compliance.
• Provide training, mentorship and act as the team lead in the Sales Manager’s absence.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline with at least 4 years of retail banking sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking products, service policies and processes.
• Confident, persistent with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth product and policy knowledge to ensure correct documentation and smooth processing.
• Ability to manage relationships, conduct micro‑marketing activities and support digital transformation.
